BIF BUMPS is a monthly online group training program for pregnancy. Bif Bumps is designed to keep you moving throughout your pregnancy, complimenting your level of fitness while adapting to the pregnancy. A combination of strength and mobility, with considerations for the core and pelvic floor, BB will help build your strength from the inside out. Preparing you for the biggest event of your life- birth.

Guidance for nutrition during pregnancy is provided within our group ‘bump into fitness’

BIF Babes is a monthly online group training program for Post Pregnancy. Bif Babes is designed to help your body recover and gain strength Post pregnancy. A combination of strength and mobility, with considerations for rebuilding core and pelvic floor with nutritional guidance to aid recovery. BB uses common motherhood movements to  help you build your strongest body from the inside out to keep up with the demands of modern motherhood life.

I am Jen,

Creator and of Bump into Fitness.

I am Personal Trainer and nutritionist with specialised interest in the Antenatal period and postnatal rehabilitation.

My passion is helping women reconnect with their bodies! I love to know that I can help women fall in love, sometimes for the first time - with themselves.​

As mothers, we often loose sight of ourselves... Part of what we do here is create time for mummy's to put themselves first.
