Bump into Fitness offers classes and 1:1 sessions designed for women from bump to beyond. 


Our trainers are trained in advanced pre (antenatal) and postnatal movements and our program is supported by midwives and physio's. Bump into fitness was born from a desire to help educate and empower women throughout their pregnancy and postnatal journey.


We use evidence based techniques, focus on the pelvic floor and core health using movements mother naturally use to build your body strong from within.


Recognising that health is from the more than just about movement, our program includes guided relaxation sessions and nutritional guidance from qualified nutritionists.


We work closely with Women's health physio's and midwives. Classes are designed for mums, by mums.


We understand that everyone has a preferred way of getting help and support - so we want to ensure you have that choice when looking after your health and fitness.
